Forresters Beach Resort’s own restaurant, Bentleys, offers excellent cuisine and friendly efficient service. Our team of Chefs will provide you with breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, served at times to suit your conference agenda.

We can also assist with special functions you may have planned in conjunction with your conference – we can cater for up to 230 guests.

Please see our dinner menu suggestions. You may select one (or two for alternate service) from each course for each evening of your stay, or perhaps a casual BBQ or themed poolside dinner would suit your agenda.

If you are planning a ‘special function’ during your conference, our Chefs can create a menu especially for the evening (however, an additional surcharge may apply, depending upon your menu selection).
